Escea at DesignEX Canterbury 2014.

We’re so excited to let you know that we’re going to be at NZ’s largest build and construction expo: BuildNZ DesignEX Canterbury.

BuildNZ DesignEX expo is running for three action-packed days from the 31st July – 2nd August at the CBS Arena in Christchurch.

BuildNZ provides a great opportunity to come and view the latest in architectural and building products alongside many other building and construction industry professionals. Co-located with DesignEX, the largest design, interiors and lighting trade exhibition, it makes for the perfect fun and educational day out.

Our team from Escea will be there with a variety of our beautiful fireplaces, including the DX1500, DL1100, ST900 and our outdoor gas fire, the EF5000. They are also happy to answer any questions about specifying one of our Escea fireplaces into your architectural plans.

We will also be hosting a seminar on 2nd August, which you are also welcome to attend. The presentation focuses on the technical aspects that
affect design and specification of the various gas fireplaces available in NZ. This will assist you when designing a fireplace into a building because the choice of fireplace technology will have an effect on the building’s total energy usage and airtightness. We will discuss the different fireplace types and apply them to a real world example to demonstrate the difference the right fireplace choice can make to a great building design.

The DesignEX exhibition also offers a great chance to focus on professional development with an abundance of educational opportunities.
